Collective Arts is a 100% independently run company that is hiring Territory Sales Manager for the Southeastern U.S. This role will help our company establish and grow our presence in the US beverage market. As Collective Arts grows, so too do the roles and responsibilities of employees. We are fast paced, ambitious and dynamic. We are offering competitive pay and benefits.

A typical day as a Territory Sales Manager – Southeastern U.S. includes:

● Building sustainable partnerships with our distributors and key accounts by emphasizing Collective Arts brand and product value

● Maintaining excellent working relationships with the Sales and Marketing teams

● Developing and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers, bars and restaurants throughout the territory

● Represent Collective Arts at beer festivals and events such as dinners, tastings, and promotions

● Ensuring profitability by brand and package is being maximized

● Identify growth opportunities and executes against those opportunities

● Identify lagging brands that need additional support and determine strategy for addressing

● Use data to identify opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales, and incremental volume increases

● Develops quarterly and annual strategic business plan for achieving budgeted sales figures for defined region area

● Develops promotional strategy for regional areas in conjunction with marketing and other departments for on- and off-premise events and promotions

● Conducts regular meetings with key customers focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth

● Communicating regularly with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize selling opportunities within your territory

● Ensures consistency with all marketing and sales activities as well as consistency with company policies and procedures

Position requires at least 80% of time in the trade with travel expectations up to 75%

We’re looking for candidates who have/are:

● Minimum of 2 years structured selling experience in a related field or industry

● 2 or more years of experience within the alcoholic beverage or hospitality industries

● A passion for craft beer and the arts is considered an asset

● Able to provide a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales territory over a full fiscal year is considered an asset

● Reside within the greater Austin area

● Demonstrated high energy level and possesses a ‘can do’ attitude with an open and apparent positive mindset

● Solid communication skills and networking capabilities

● Possesses outstanding time management and multi-tasking capability

● Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to adapt and overcome in the face of adversity

● Ability to grasp strategies and create tools and tactics for in field execution

● Adaptable, able to meet deadlines in fast paced and changing situations

● Commitment to building effective external and internal relationships with key stakeholders

● Broader understanding of fiscal management and responsibility. Ability to deliver required results with minimal resources

● Able to work evenings and weekends when needed

● Must be able to maintain business-like behavior during and after the consumption of alcohol during social events\
